Paul de Ocampo at 41 years old just won his first ever national title, Mr Australia for Masters Division in ANB Asia Pacific International. Paul has won the Mr. Western Australia x11 he is also former Mr. Philippines.
Paul wants to pass on the competitive spirit to his son ‘Jean-Paul’ & family.

Personal Training Price/Options
Option 1:
We do what is called a monthly consultation, this consists of a one on one consultation approx 1h during this time we will weigh & measure you & work out the approximate muscle to body fat ratio.
During the hour we will source as much information from you regarding your current eating habits and exercise routines.
If we have spare time within the hour we will do a short customised training session, this does depend from client to client as some clients have more questions to work through during the 1st hour.
Then, on the 7th day (approx 1 week later) we usually see you (the client) again & perform a second weigh in & measurement consult. This takes approximately 15 minutes. We discuss any questions you may have & then conduct a 45minute training session, performing all the exercises/programs we have designed for you.
During the consult we will also discuss your new eating plan. (Designed for you, by us over the 7days) You will be given a diary to record everything you eat & drink.
After the 1st session, if we both feel we require a 2nd session we repeat again 7 days later.
Then usually see the client 1 month later for a change in program, check eating/drinking diary and conduct weigh in and body measurements + workout.
$210.00 includes your initial 1 hour consult & your designed eating/training program given to you on your 2nd session. Your 2nd 1 hour session is also included in the price of $210.00.
Option 2:
Weekly Personal Training/Programs/Eating Plans is $70.00per hour with Paul or $60.00 per hour with Linda & Michael.
Payment is required for 4 sessions in advance = $280.00 or $240.00 (Depends on Trainer)
If you cancel or cannot make a session no sessions will be credited unless we have a 48 hour notice.
Below is the list of items you would be required to bring to your initial session if you book in:
– Current diet/supplement/ training program
– Pictures from a magazine of the body that you would like to achieve.
– Goals and dead line of when you would like to achieve your dream body.
– Be prepared for a body fat, body measurement and weigh- in on consult day
